Private breastfeeding consultation with an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Consultations can be in your home or my location. Consultations are one hour and include questions, plans of care, and nursing assistance. Unlimited follow-up questions via email are included.

We offer private childbirth classes at your convenience in your home. Classes can be scheduled during the day, evenings, or on weekends. Topics include pregnancy, stages of labor, c-sections, interventions, postpartum, breathing and relaxation. Classes can be scheduled for 2 or 3 sessions.  I am a Lamaze certified Childbirth Educator.

Have friends that are pregnant? I offer group classes at a discount.

A Postpartum Doula comes into your home after your new baby arrives to help mom in the first days or weeks. The services provided vary due to specific family needs but generally include breastfeeding help, help with older siblings, baby care, and light housekeeping. A PP doula is not there to take over care of baby but to help mom be the best mom she can.  Three hour minimum per day.

Interested in a little extra support during your delivery? I offer, on a limited basis, birth doula services. Let me help give you the labor you want. Planned medicated births are welcome!

Private breastfeeding class to be taken during pregnancy. This class is two hours. Discussion includes anatomy & physiology, latch, positioning, benefits, problems and special circumstances. Dads and Grandmas encouraged to join us!

A class to be taken prenatally that covers topics relating to care of newborn. Products, bathing, diapering, nursery, and any specific concerns with baby care. The class is two hours.
